Pileći ražnjići sa sosom od kikirikija : Chicken skewers with Satay sauce

Brzo i veoma omiljeno kod nas u kući.  Obično sama napravim sos od kikirikija , nema nikakve komplikovane sastojek. Ovo jelo je brzo gotovo i možete ga servirati uz pirinać i povrće, po đelji

Sastojci


500 g pilećeg mesa, isečenog na kocke
300 ml sosa od kikirikija



Sos od kikirikija

1 1/2 kašičica susamovog ulja
1 iseckan čen belog luka
1 mali crni luk iseckan
1 mala crvena čili papričica
1 kašičica čili pahuljica
1 Kašika smedjeg šećera
1 kašićica soja ulja
2 Kašike grubog putera od kikirikija
1/2 šolje kokosovog mleka



Priprema

Zagrejemo  ulje u woku, izdinstamo beli i crni luk,i čili dok sve ne omekša

Dodamo šečer i mešamo dok se ne karamelizuje, Dodamo soja sos i kikiriki puter i dobro umešamo.
Pomalo dodajemo kokosovo mleko dok ne dobijemo željenu gustinu



Ražnjići

Isečemo piletinu na kocke. Utrljamo oko 1/2 kikiriki sosa na nju i ostavimo u frižideru , da se marinira.



Zatim na štapiče , naredjamo i pod grilom pečemo oko 15 minuta, okrenemo jednom


Služimo uz ostatak sosa , koji smo zagrejali

Chicken skewers with satay sauce

We love those. And we make our own satay sauce, which is pretty easy.

You can serve it with boiled rice and vegetables of your choice



Ingredients

For Satay Sauce


  1. ½ tablespoon peanut oil.
  2. 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  3. 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  4. 1 small red chilli (finely chopped)
  5. 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes.
  6. 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
  7. 1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce.
  8. 2 tablespoons peanut butter (crunchy)
  9. 1/2 cup coconut milk
For skewers
500 g boneless chicken

Satay sauce


  • Heat the oil in a wok and fry the garlic, onion and chilli over a moderate heat until onion is soft.
  • Add the sugar and stir until slightly caramelised. Add the soy sauce and peanut butter and stir through.
  • Add a little coconut milk at a time until you achieve your desired consistency.
  • Tastes best served immediately but also refrigerates and re-heats very well.

  • Skewers

  • Cut the chicken in dices. Rub half of the prepared satay sauce on it and leave it in the fridge, to marinate for about an hour
  • Put them on skewers and under the grill for about 15 minutes, turning once.
  • Serve with hot Satay sauce.
