Livadski kupus, korico i badem* Kale, chorizo and almonds

Samo nekoliko sastojaka i dobićete ovo fantastično jelo. Ovde nisu potrebni nikakvi dodatni začini


Sastojci

1 kg livadskog kupusa
200 g listića badema
200 g korico
1 sitno iseckan beli luk



Priprema

Dobro operemo livadski kupus i isečemo tanko, odstranjujući drške.

Na maslinovom ulju kratko prepečemo korico, kosi smo isekli na tanje krugove

Izvadimo na kuhinjski papir da se ocede.
Ispraznimo tiganj pa ubacimo bademe i mešajući pustimo da se prže dok ne porumene

Iseckani beli luk propržimo, ubacimo livadski kupus pa na laganoj temperaturi, dinstamo oko 10 minuta

Sve satojke izmešamo i poslužimo još toplo.

Kale, chorizo, and almonds




With very few ingredients you can make this simple dish, tat is very tasty too.

Ingredients

1 kg Kale
200 g silvered almonds
200 g chorizo
1 garlic clove



Create

Wash Kale and discard stems. Cut into thin strips

Bake chorizo in olive oil till brown. Discard oil and in the same pan, bake almonds till golden
Take out of the pan
Saute garlic in little oil and add Kale. On low temperature saute about 10 minutes.

Mix all together and serve warm
