Njoke u paradajz sosu* Gnocchi in tomato sauce

Odličan i brz ručak. Uz domaći hleb ili salatu ili oba , kao prilog.


Sastojci

Sos
1 Kašika maslinovog ulja
1 manji luk, iseckan
3 čena iseckanog belog luka
1/4 šolje suvog belog vina
300 ml paradjz sosa
1 crvena babura, iseckana
1 kašičica origana
1 kašičica suvog začina



Njoke

2 veća krompira
1 jaje
2 šolje brašna

Ćufte

1/4 šolje maslinovog ulja
1 kg govedjeg mlevenog mesa
1 crni luk, iseckan
1/2 šolje prezli
1 kašičica suvog začina

i 150 g rendane mocarele za posipanje

Priprema

Sos

U tiganju izdinstamo luk i beli luk oko 5 do 7 minuta. Dodamo papriku i dinstamo nekoliko minuta
Dodamo origano i suvi začin, krčkamo još oko 5 minuta.

Njoke

U šerpi sa  posoljenom vodom, skuvamo neoljušten krompir. Ohladimo , oljuštimo pa napravimo pire.
Dodamo jaje i brašno i umesimo.
Od umešenog testa pravimo okrulo tanko testo, koje zatim isečemo na približno iste komade
U vodu koja vri spustimo njoke. Kad isplivaju na površinu, gotove su. Ocedimo i izručimo u sos



Ćuftice
Umešamo mleveno meso, luk, začine i prezle pa napravimo čuftice. Pržimo u zagrejanom ulju, okrećući ih, oko 6 minuta. Sipamo u sos i njoke.



Izručimo sve u pleh i pospemo mocarelom. Pećemo dok se  mocarela ne istopi i porumeni. oko 10 minuta

Gnocchi in tomato sauce




This family favorite is a quick, very tasty dish. Can be served with homemade bread, fresh green salad or both



Ingredients

Sauce


  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 300 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp dry herbs
Gnocchi

  • 2 potatoes, peeled
  • 2 cups (250g) plain flour
  • 1 egg




Meat balls

¼ cupOlive oil
1onion, minced
1 kgbeef mince
½ cupbread crumbs
1 tspdried herbs

And 150 g grated mozzarella for the top

Tomato sauce

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat until hot but not smoking. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is translucent, 5 to 7 minutes. Add tomatoes and juice, tomato sauce, basil, and red pepper flakes. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer until slightly thick, about 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.

Gnocchi

  1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Cook potatoes until tender but still firm; about 15 minutes. Drain, cool and mash until smooth.
  2. Combine mashed potato, flour, and egg in a large bowl.
  3. Knead the dough until it forms a ball. Cut the dough into quarters then working with one piece at a time on a floured surface roll into a snake about 1 1/2cm thick. Cut lengths into 1cm pieces.
  4. Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the gnocchi in batches for 3 to 5 minutes or until gnocchi float to the top then cook further 1 minute. Remove with a slotted spoon, drain well and serve with your favorite gnocchi sauce.



Meat balls

  1. In a bowl, work together with the pork, oats, and ginger. Season well with salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into 14-16 even-sized balls and place in the cooking dish with the shallots. Bake in a pan with little oil about 5 minutes till browned on all sides.

  1. Put in a dish with gnocchi and tomato sauce and serve with grated cheese
